Adventure Life is looking for a highly motivated individual to coordinate our trips.  Operations coordinators provide direct customer service and manage logistics from the time travelers register for their trip until they return home.  This is an office position in Missoula, MT that requires excellent organization and communication skills. Each day entails managing several dozen e-mails with overseas outfitters, conversing with clients about upcoming trips, and continual research to stay informed about the destinations. Problem-solving and customer service skills are necessary. Other responsibilities include assisting in the daily routine of making the office run (answering phones, filing, client mailings). Excellent writing skills, multitasking abilities and self-motivation are all key characteristics of a successful Operations Coordinator.   • Bachelors degree or higher

Adventure Life's partners are asked to identify local organizations that are promoting conservation and economic development.  Partners can apply throughout the year as needs arise in the local communities and as long as the funding is available. No project is too small.
